Melting Dept

There are two melting furance in our plant, both are 40 tons capacity which we can provide all kinds of alloy from 1*** series to 8*** series.

The melting dept can smelt the aluminum ingots to become the aluminum rods, and workers regularly remove the waste residue.

The water containers will evaporate and generate a lot of heat after the melting dept is worked, so the company will put the melting dept in a safe place in the factory.

The melting dept is also responsible for cutting aluminum rods.

at the back of the melting dept is a smelting furnace,into which the aluminum ingots are put by forklifts.
